Spoke with the manager about the loan and the 3 yrs. Tuesday, Took the vehicle back today the service people did a beautiful job with cleaning and detailing I am very happy with the results.
I will refinance but should have don't my homework first. Please comment on the rate as maybe I am wrong in feeling taken to the cleaners. Word of caution: get you own financing before buying as CarRite used Capital One with a 12.5% interest rate and I have good credit. (salesman denied he said that) I would definitely refer Billy and go back to him in the future. on Monday but Billy stayed late came out answered our questions went to the manager set up bringing the vehicle back to wash, clean was told he would make sure the gas was full. It was so disappointing as nothing had been done I wasn't told to come back to clean & detail etc. After leaving to p/u my son we knew the dealership was closed so made arrangements. I purchased a vehicle from ****** he was knowledgeable and very pleasant but if was to go there again don't pick a Saturday.
